Mastermind Group

Total Reward Solutions facilitates a Compensation Mastermind Group. This group is for entry to mid-career compensation and/or HR professionals who have responsibilities for compensation and who want to build professional relationships with those who have similar responsibilities.

The purpose of this group is to give compensation and HR professionals the ability to learn more about compensation and be part of a trusting group experience that features open sharing and learning in a confidential environment.

The Compensation Mastermind Group meets monthly for 90 minutes via a virtual platform. There is a standard agenda with timely primary topics that vary each month. There is an application process to ensure that no competitors are in the same group. There is also a small monthly fee for participation.

If you are interested in joining the Compensation Mastermind Group, reach out to Total Reward Solutions Founder and CEO Cassandra Faurote at 317-589-8529 or [email protected].
